The week is almost over. It has been uneventful. We did buy a really big TV. Our old one worked just fine but it weighed about 250 lbs. As most of you know, it sat on top of the fireplace in the corner. We worried about it falling on one of the kids. Especially in the case of an earthquake. So we moved from 32 in to 46 in. yeah it's big. I really hope we don't need to buy another one for many years. It is kind of cool. Aaron streams shows off the internet to the TV as well as Netflix for movies. It is fascinating when you stop and think about what you can do with technology.
We also had my cousin Brandon come help us make a master plan of our half acre weed patch. We are hoping with a detailed plan we will be able to add all the decor and such over the course of years rather than owe the bank money. Speaking of money....the van is starting to show tude and it is beginning to make me nervous, so we have our eye out for a 'new' one. We have heard in the course of listening to the news that a lot of cars are being repode because of the housing market and all the 2005 leases are coming up this summer, so maybe I'll get my dream minivan (it is possible to dream about a dream minivan?), be still my heart :)
Aaron is going to sunny San Diego on Sunday. Yeah, I'm bitter. Tade has a Primary's appt on Monday so I couldn't go with Aaron. Tyge is going to come with Tade and I. We think that it will be good for Tyge to see what happens on Tade's trips to the Dr. Of course this is the less drama one. He will be getting a regular echo. In August he gets the stress MRI. That one is no fun.
So we gear up for the 50's this week. Until the next time.......

Remember Hillary (the white car you used to drive)? Remember that night when we drove to Fairview at like 10 miles an hour until she finally died outside of Indianola. Oh the good ol days.
